BOKWALL RISLUND is representing Com Hem in the merger with Tele2

On January 9, 2018, the Board of Directors of Tele2 Group (Tele2) and the Board of Directors of Com Hem Holding AB (Com Hem) entered into an agreement to combine their business operations through a merger. BOKWALL RISLUND, having assisted Com Hem with the competition law aspects of the transaction, will assist Com Hem in obtaining merger clearance from the EU Commission.
