BOKWALL RISLUND has the great pleasure to announce the promotion of Emil Fahlén Godö and Lina Håkansson Kjellén to partners as of January 2019.
Emil Fahlén Godö is a leading competition law expert. Emil studied law at Uppsala University and has worked within the field of EU and competition law since 2009. After having worked as a case handler at the Swedish Competition Authority, Emil changed to private practice at a leading law firm in Stockholm in 2010. Emil joined BOKWALL RISLUND in January 2017.
Lina Håkansson Kjellén studied law at Uppsala University where she graduated in 2010. After her legal studies she joined Carl Bokwall and Olle Rislund at their previous law firm in Stockholm and specialized in public procurement law. Lina was part of the team that together with Olle and Carl established BOKWALL RISLUND in 2015 and is today a leading expert within the field of public procurement.
“We are extremely happy and proud to welcome Emil and Lina as partners, thereby expanding our partnership with 50 %. Both are outstanding advisors within their respective field of law and also highly appreciated colleagues. As our firm is in an expanding phase, this is a natural step in the development of the firm and we are convinced that Lina and Emil will take an active part in strengthening our firm and our offering”, says Olle Rislund, managing partner.
“It feels incredibly inspiring to take this next step together with my driven and talented colleagues in order to further develop the firm and continue to exceed our client’s high expectations”, says Emil Fahlén Godö.
“It is really exciting to get the chance to continue to build the firm that I have been a part of since the start in this new role. I’m really looking forward to further strengthening our position as a leading advisor within public procurement and competition law together with my colleagues”, says Lina Håkansson Kjellén.
BOKWALL RISLUND, which was founded close to four years ago, is a highly specialized law firm. We focus solely on competition law, public procurement law and adjacent areas of law characterized by prohibitions and sanctions where the stakes for the company, owners and management are significant.
