Aleris Care divested to Ambea

Investor-owned company Aleris is divesting its care operations in Sweden, Norway and Denmark to Ambea for SEK 2,6 billion. BOKWALL RISLUND is representing Aleris with the merger control aspects of the transaction. For further information, see Aleris press release (in Swedish).
